10. Account Closure and Termination

Both 33pro and the player have the right to close an account:

• Closed by Player: You can permanently close your account at any time. Contact support and submit a request. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure.
• Closure by 33pro: 33pro reserves the right to close accounts for terms violations, suspicious activity, or any other valid reason. Any legitimate balance will be returned, but funds obtained through prohibited means will be forfeited.
• Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be marked inactive. A ৳100 inactivity fee will be deducted each month until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your account.
• In the Event of Death: Upon verified proof of a player's death, the account will be closed and the remaining balance transferred to the legal heir (with appropriate documentation).
